Solid practical experience in the implementation of reform of social protection systems in the NIS taskurile: experts 4: activities related with the piloting: analysis, methodology, training Train staff in analysis, monitoring and evaluation of targeting of beneficiaries of nominal compensations; Train staff to use the household Budget Survey to evaluate and monitor targeting mechanisms; Introduce a forecasting model of social expenses, in particular nominal compensation expenditure; expert 5 : IT support Improve procedure in pilots for intake and processing of files, home visits, control mechanisms; Set-up a database of claimants and beneficiaries of nominal compensation in pilot sites;  |
